To all our women out there, Happy womens day hope the day was awesome for you. So to start this sunny Tuesday with a nice team 2 workout of push press, row and burpee box jumps
Very basic type of workout with a little trap in it, at the start working on heavy push press with good form and handling small sets was the best way to attack this workout. Then controling a nice pace on the row and targeting 500m intervals to reach the goal, then the trap hits you check the cloakc and say you have plenty of time. Then after the burpees you are almost hitting the timecap, which goes to show that burpees including boxes mean a long time hahaha
But everyone attacked this like pro teams, talking to each other planning how to attack this workout and enjoying the good times

Also jan has done something to his leg from paddle tennis, but has not stopped him from training. We will always find a way for you guys to train in any way possible
