So Today is Play time is for today, we are doing a workout today that we have not done that in a long time. Doing a strength day and having work on single muscle groups is something you need to be doing to get that better at future techniques and helping you with future workouts
Hitting today with a good focus on all muscles around the shoulder and arms, we will prob be feeling something tomorrow. But you know what they say no pain, no gain
Having good vibes, good groups of people, good music and a chilled fun session. dont really think we can say that it was a bad time today or ever for that matter here at verftet
Also trying out those turkish get ups not something try often and def had to have the focus faces on today if we wanted to stand up with what weights we used
