Dagens økt var en styrkebit for beina. Ingen wendler denne uka, så knebøyen fikk litt fri, men likevel må vi styrke den viktigste delen av kroppen 😀
Vi starta med å varme godt opp med strekking av slitne bein etter mye lunges i 17.2, før vi delte oss opp i 2 grupper der hver gruppe hadde 1 rack hver å gikk innover mot midten av rommet 🙂
Etterpå kjørte vi en minichipper for tid, med 11 minutt timecap! Ble skikkelig tungt å komme under timecap, men alle holdt et godt tempo 🙂
