Team Liam 23rd December 2019

Today we done a hero workout Team Liam. Hero workouts are tough but very fun, dedicating and honouring the people that had passed away and that are crossfitters

The extra fun part of todays workout is that we done it as team 2 with a 35min time cap. For time doing a 800m run with a weight plate, then coming back in for a 200 toes 2 bar, then going for 100 front squats. After that 20 legless rope climbs and finally another 800m run with plates

His friends remember him as a cut above when it came to fitness. He enjoyed hiking and running outdoors, as well as the full gamut of CrossFit movements, from Olympic lifting to gymnastics.

This «Liam» Hero WOD was originally posted on the main site as the workout of the day for Tuesday, March 21, 2017 (170321).

Everyone who attended today had a fun, but tough time in this workout. Running in your teams outside with the weights, was different and challenging. Geting those abs destroyed with 100 toes 2 bars, then hitting those legs of 50 front squats. Then for some people the first time in practicing rope climbs, for others getting better on them to become pros

After a hard workout to start the week, everyone is ready to celebrate christmas. For some its the warm up for them to have more fun, for tomorows 12 days of christmas wod

Others its for them to say after team liam im ready and deserve my christmas dinner

God Jul verftet athletes hope everyone has a awesome one
