It's Friday and we got to play with some odd objects in the box today. I hope you didn't get carried away.
For the past week, we have been talking about the effort you guys put into your training sessions a few times. We even scored today's workout with your effort. It takes no talent, no skill, and no practice to show up and put in your best effort. It's a simple skill, and it pays big time. Because putting in your best effort for the day is the quickest way to any training results. Whatever you do, always use your full 🍑 and never your half-ass.
We had a lot of people surprising themselves that they could keep on going in the workout, even at the times where their brains were kindly asking them to put the bag/ball/bell down on the floor. We have been moving limits that were only between our ears.
On the whiteboard, we had a friendly reminder to don't do drugs. This is what Synthol will do to your biceps and six-pack.
