Overhead squats + thats enough - 7.Mar.2022

For todays workout we did a time interval for everyone, something a little different but challenging none the less. Having 2min to finish a small task of rope climbs and biking, with the remaining time doing a movement that is a challenge to everyone Overhead squats. Having repeat that 3 times and then ending it with 3min instead of 2min, gives that little more time to hit up some more extra reps whilst having to control the breathing and also work on that technique



Having a after party stick challenge, funny to watch but also a very hard thing to do especially when we are not as flexible as kids



We have finished with 22.2 tonight we had alot of people show up for friday night light and hope we can have you all for this friday night for being the last open event of the year for us. Fr others they have done it tonight or yesterday, awesome to see the community getting together and joining in to what the world is also doing. Even the teens got the chance to do it today
