Første timen med Yoga idag, holdt av Victoria Freihow og den var fullbooket. Håper at dette falt i smak og at alle vil fortsette. Alle har godt av å bli mer bevegelig, dette vil få mange fordeler i den trenings formen vi driver med og såklart generelt sett.
