Two seated + Hip thrusts - 22.Februar.2022

After tackling Fran yesterday im assuming that everyones body is a little rough, so for today we wanted some conditioning for you guys to get the blood round and get a little of recovery in. But also wanted to get some strength in and throw in a accessories why not hahaha



Trying to hold a pace that can get you results and metres your after in a time frame of 1:30 and then having a 12 rep floor press in the other 1:30 is a fast but many sets to tackle.



After going through some rowing and presses, giving you time to get the butts in shape, this movement has been a while since we last done it. But is needed from time to time, hip thrusts is always good to have and get that tight waist line and core control. Always helps out in the future



Andrea getting the sunn and sprekk group ready on some machine work and giving bjørnulf a hard session with pt getting him better every time
