We had a sneaky sneaky sneaky 5k run on the program today.
That was the first long(er) run of 2022 and the first long(er) run in a period where people can see what workout comes up in SUGARWOD.... *silence*
Before every run, we did a nice amount of kettlebell swings and goblet squats with the kettlebell.
All in all, a nice little sweat on a Thursday.
With the teens, Sunn & Sprekk, the last day of the pull-up course, and a personal training group, the other rooms were also pretty filled this afternoon. After 10 weeks of building up strength, control, and skill, the retest on the pull-up course revealed some nice progress. Not just on pull-ups, but also on exercises that translate to other skills like toes-to-bars and muscle-ups. It shows once again, that with a decent program but most of all some consistent work, you can improve your fitness big time.

We hope you have all logged your score in SUGARWOD and are finding your way around there. Fistbump the other athletes, leave a comment for an impressive performance. We are seeing >130 athletes already active on the platform and that is a very good sign!

My promise is, that I will give out live fistbumps to everybody that I gave a fistbump to on SUGARWOD. You can never do too many fistbumps.
