Sunn & Sprek

CrossFit Verftet sin klassiker Sunn & Sprek er tilbake! Dette er et kurs for deg som ønsker å komme tilbake i form, eller i form for første gang. Det blir en liten gruppe på maks 15 personer, både herrer og damer, alle er velkomne. De møtes hver tirsdag og torsdag for å bygge hverandre opp og bli bedre trent sammen.

Vi vil gjennomføre tester på starten av kurset slik at alle vil se en stor fremgang i løpet av 10 uker. Både innen styrke, kondisjon og generell kapasitet.

Det lages facebook gruppe og muligheter for å kommunisere og motivere hverandre gjennom hele kurset.

I tillegg til kurset får alle kurs deltagerne tilgang til Egentrening i Verftet sine åpningstider og våre super populære Bring a Friend timer.

Kurset har vi gjort mange ganger, dette er vi jækla gode på så her er det Ikke vits å vente lenger, book din spot før det blir utsolgt og start 2022 på BEST MULIG MÅTE! Vi har laget et depositum på 200,- for å booke deg på kurset. Om da Covid gjør at vi må endre kurset vil du kunne få pengene tilbake.

Vi har
Verftet Lift-Off

Verftet Lift-off is a course we complete every year before our yearly Verftet lift-off competition. The 10-week course starts 05.09.2022 and is set for Monday and Wednesday from 18.30 to 19.30. It will be held by our full-time coach Thomas Wenneck Askeland.
 
The focus of the course is the Olympic lifts; Snatch and Clean&Jerk. The main target is to increase your 1rep max in these lifts. Working on these lifts will improve your general fitness, and explosiveness, and have a great carry-over to your daily life and performance in day-to-day training sessions.
 
Our second target is to focus on your explosiveness without loading; how far can you jump? And your maximum pure strength; 1 rep max Front Squats.
 
We will increase your technical understanding of the lifts, improve your technique in performing them and make you stronger through the lifts and accessory work. Overall this will result in both safer and heavier lifts.

Fat To Fit

In 2020 we structured an individual 6-month program to change a life for the better. We named it "Fat to Fit" because that is exactly what it delivered. Jarl Vidar lost over 40 kilos and to this day, still trains with us and keeps improving his healthy lifestyle. See wat he went through in the video below.
 
In 2021, we went for a repeat with a group of people. That led to a smashing total of 97,6kg of fat loss (not just weight loss, only body fat) during the course.
Now in 2022, we are ready for a new round to make healthy changes to your lifestyle.
 
What we need from you is 100% dedication and commitment to our tried methods for the coming six months. What we will deliver is a safe group of like-minded people that will all make physical and mental changes that will benefit you for the rest of your lifetime.
 
In the course, you will get both group and individual nutritional guidance. We will plan some of your meals, go shopping together and prepare some healthy and tasty dishes together. We will both train in the group, and do personal training. On top of that, you will have unlimited access to CrossFit Verftet's group classes.
 
We will help you build habits that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. The course is run by Thaddeus Knops, the head coach at CrossFit Verftet, and has an extensive background as a Sports-Physiotherapist.
