God kveld alle sammen!
Today's classes were filled with a lot of different movements and the day here at Verftet was filled with a lot of different things as well. Personal Training sessions, Movement Assessments, Nutritional guiding, Seniors, Teens, Pull-up Course, Egentrening, and of course the regular WOD's. The overarching theme here is, it is varied, everybody is putting in the effort to become a little fitter, and everybody is having fun (afterward).
You have probably heard us talk about this before, but as much as we like to have a good time, so do our neighbors upstairs. I personally fully understand that we are not the best neighbors to live above, but we can try our best to behave as best as we can. Therefore, we are introducing these new guidelines to keep the noise down as best as we can.
I think we are going to be doing a great job tomorrow at keeping the sound of dropping barbells very low. Let's put in that little bit of extra effort to keep that up for a longer period.
