Another great summer day in Haugesund and another great training day at Crossfit Verftet!
God kveld folkens!
You might have looked at the whiteboard today or your SugarWOD app and thought... "I can do that!"
You might have done the WOD today and thought "Glad I could complete that!"
After a strength piece with push presses, the workout called for 3 power cleans, 3 front squats, 3 push jerks, and as many burpees as you could complete in the remainder of 1:00, repeated for 15 rounds with no rest.
Some highlights of the day:
