God kveld folkens!
Oh boy did we have a workout today! After building to a heavy 5 rep push jerk and a little technique work, we went for a descending ladder (10-9-8...3-2-1) of clusters with a hill run after every set. Nicey spicey.

For us, it's great to see that there is a lot of activity on the SUGARWOD platform. We see a lot of scores being logged for future reference. That's great! Please keep in mind that what we call WonderWoman, is called Rx (as prescribed) in SUGARWOD. It's no big deal if you accidentally log this while you scaled the weights or reps or movements, but it interferes with your possibility to see progress in the future. Tuesday also saw a record high of 211 SUGARWOD fistbumps. As I said before, you can never have too many fistbumps. So keep 'em coming!
We have another fine specimen of a CrossFit WOD for you in store tomorrow. On Saturday, we are doing the first FriLek for barna during the Bring-A-Friend. My kids have now started pushing us to go and work out. The circle of support for health-improving behavior just got bigger and better. So bring your kids once, get them hooked, and you get to work out every weekend from now on! Win-win-win.
