Cindy – 29.Oktober.2020

Let´s start with the mindset of the day:

Talk is cheap. Anyone can talk. Only the few, choose to do. Press pause in that moment. “Ductus Exemplo” is a Latin phrase that translates to: “Lead by Example”. Actions will always speak louder than any words. WD > WS.

It´s a great mindset for Cindy, but also for life. We hear a lot of people talking, but talking do not move the needle.

So let´s talk Cindy

Cindy first got announce 19.January 2005 on crossfit.com. Since then it has been one of the known girls. What we call a benchmark. And to day was testing day. For some it was the first time, for some it was a repeat.

Cindy is a great test for both your aerobic capacity, but also your strength compared to your bodyweight. Many people are strong, but are you strong compared to what you weigh is something completely different.

The combination is also classic and great. First a pulling movement, so a pushing movement followed by a lower body movement. All with medium to low skill movements so “everybody” can do it or with their own scaling variation.
