Mange har store ubalanser, utfordringer og uløste skader som de aksepterer som normale. Selv om dette holder de tilbake fra det de elsker å gjøre. Vi er en stor forkjemper for at dette ikke er skal være måten å se det på.

 

Etter svangerskap

During pregnancy, your body is going through a whole lot of changes. Training during pregnancy is getting more and more normal. But we see a lot of work to be done in after-pregnancy training:

 

Many woman just wait the usual couple of weeks after giving birth and then ‘just’ go back to training, like nothing happened, or don’t do any training at all. This is like breaking hip, get it put back by the doctor and walk out of the hospital like nothing happened. Here’s where we see a lot of problems starting, that you will experience, sooner or later: lower back pains, instability in the pelvic, lack of blatter-control and so on.

 

At Verftet, we have specialized coaches who have all the knowledge and experience to help your body recover from the pregnancy in a safe and complete way. Whether you’ve just given birth or you never recovered from a pregnancy 5 years ago, we can help you get rid of your pains and uncomfortable feelings. They’ll help you strengthen the proper muscles, but also teach you how to relax them, a thing that might be hard after having a kid. Etter skade

There’s different stages from recovering from an accident or trauma, Sickness – Wellness – Fitness. Let’s take a torn muscle in the shoulder: Most doctors/physio’s help you get from sickness to wellness: they’ll heal your broken shoulder so no body tissue is ‘’broken’’ anymore. But the path from wellness to fitness, getting 100% of that shoulder function back, is left up to the person itself.

 

Our coaches are specialized on getting you from wellness to fitness: A broken shoulder needs strength training, mobility work, learning how to use the full capacity of the joint again. Don’t accept that you are still ‘’feeling it’’ if you’re putting on your jacket or grabbing a cup out of the closet. Høy Instensitet

Vi gjør relativ høy intensitet trening hver eneste dag. Relativ varierer både fra person til person. Men også dag for dag. Vi ønsker å drive med denne treningsformen resten av livet, det betyr at noen dager blir hardere enn andre dager. I løpet av en uke er det 168timer, vi får i snitt 3-4 timer per uke fra våre medlemmer. Det betyr at de få timene vi får ønsker vi at de skal få så mye som mulig igjen for tiden de er hos oss. Med det ønsker vi høy intensitet, under trygge forhold med en trener som veileder medlemmene gjennom hele timen.
