For those that are looking for a healthier (and more fun) alternative than just drinking beer all day, we organize a wide variety of events like birthday-events, bachelor party's and teambuilding for sportteams or friends. See how much of that ''bigtalk'' is actually true, by putting you and your friends up to the test for an afternoon, or night, full of fitness and fun!
For the students among us, we work together regularly with multiple school from the Haugesund-area, hosting for example introduction-week events and sport-competitions.
For smaller groups, we like to work as personal as possible. Do you want to start working out but don't feel comfortable starting in the groups yet? Or do you want to follow a training program that is 100% tailor-made for what you want and need? In small-group training, you and your friends can tell us what you would like to do. From there, all you have to do is show up and your personal coach will take care of the rest.
